(on another local expat site recently) author: How come the grass in Spain is bouncy like you are walking or bouncing on marshmallows? It’s like you have had a few too many drinks and then are walking on clouds!
It because your gramón has created multiple layers. It grows like a vine. It can be reduced to a single layer or at least a lot less ‘bouncy’ but it takes time and hard work. ****
It’s prob not grass… prob Grama ****
Gramon is like a weed grass it grows like a thick carpet ****
We have English grass at ours. Still a lot of work. Dries out very quickly in the summer and one downpour in the winter and it's up to your armpits ****

How long does it last before it rots? How do you clean it? ****
author: some styles have as long as a ten year guarantee. Maintenance is a short passing over with the right machinery to bring it back to life. Only yesterday we have a previous cliente of ours the maintenance and it came back looking as good as new. It’s all the quality of the grass itself.
We were one of Ross's first grass projects 7 years ago and still looks great, easy to clean (quick hoover and a brush) great if you have dogs too! ****
We love ours, my husband is 80 now so it’s fantastic not having to cut grass ****
Looks very good Ross ****
Artificial grass though very popular is bad for the environment ****
author: some might say that continually watering grass just to look good could also be bad for the environment especially when in a drought stricken area? Suppose pros and cons on both no?
