(on another local expat site recently) author: A group of people who care about animals have started this group. There is a man in Marquesado who has 25 dogs and 3 horses. My understanding is these animals run wild attacking and killing other animals for food. They have killed one horse. The neighbors have tried reporting this horrific situation to the authorities but no action is ever taken. The more people who join this group will give them more strength and the authorities will have to listen. A live horse was the food of a group of dogs (animals with supposed family) and yes, it has it, but the least indicated, they live with hunger, with disease and in bad weather, they escape and even for shortcomings attack people (neighbors who have been reporting the case for years) but none authority does nothing about it. No police and no civil guard. A neighbor has started a joint protest, where the affected neighbors are uniting, we as a protector will take the necessary steps, because they have all our support to do them justice.
