(on another local expat site recently) author: Swayne and Partners Veterinary Surgeons Easter Lilies are starting to bloom with the warmer weather - but don't forget that this can spell danger for our cats! All parts of the Lily plant are very poisonous to cats, and can lead to kidney failure which is sadly often fatal. This includes the stem, leaves and flower - but also the yellow pollen on the stamens that you can see in this photo. If you know or suspect that your cat may have eaten pollen, then call your vet immediately for advice!
Amazing Vet Practice. Saved more than one of my animals ****
