author: Hi, does anyone know what the current procedure is for obtaining a tourist rental licence.
Can it be done online or does it have to be in person.
Also does anyone have a link to the most up to date requirements. Many thanks.
we just went to cadiz office, the assistant took us through what was needed with the correct forms.. not difficult. you can pay someone but they cost. ****

office was consejeria de turismo in cadiz.. the guy we dealt with was luis fernandez cruz. we had a plan of house with each m3 of rooms.
you have to list an inventory i. e. single beds, chests, wardrobes for bedrooms. bedrooms have to be a certain m3 for type of beds., also
if not on maons sewage the cess pit type and plan and size etc. there are a certain number of bedside cabinets, lamps etc. for the requirements.
kitchen equipment, heights of ceilings, mirrors and towel rails.. form is pretty self explanatory. if not urbanised water bidons and chlorification needed
and also a reverse osmosis system for 1 tap of drinking water. you need your well water tested as if it is too salty it cannot be used for your chlorification system.
