Major Fire at the basuras in the Cañada took out all the electrics - some back on around 7-30 but cuts overnight

We do have tv, but I don't think its running at 100%. An update from Co-fi would be a help, unusual for them to not post anything (unless I have missed the post) ****
Just for info, on checking the wifi on my mobile it does say limited connection. ****

Ok everybody has understood that a certain internet provider has always had cuts and problems for yonks. Just go elsewhere and have done with it. Wifi sanctipetri
works well where we are, afterwards I suppose it's where you're located. Good luck ! ****

I sent them an email. They replied that they are installing another fibre in Madrid in a few weeks so the problems should not occur ****
author: We normally post on here to see if anyone else has problems too, and maybe keep us updated when we cannot get hold of our provider.
I was with Movistar and continually had problems - I am with COFI and rarely seem to experience the same problems when everyone else does but that may be because mine isn't fibre optic.
I know from experience that Chiclana WIFI and Air WIFI experience the same problems - the only question really is who is the best company at communicating with their customers
when these problems occur!! ****
author: Normally have good service from them but since we changed to there fibre optic not been up to standard.

Anyone with Starlink internet?
Wonder if anyone could help, very simple thing to do and save me loads of time.
Basically I had a fire set the plot next to my place and my starlink stopped working. Since they don't have support like local ISPs,
if anyone has starlink I would really appreciate if we could meet up and test the cable/antenna to see what fails and do the right order
(instead of just cable and then happens it is the antena). Appreciate your help in advance. Thank you,
maybe an option to put your call on some camper groups?? there are a lot of campers driving around that use Starlink ****

they have gone above and beyond to sort it for me 😁 internet runs like a dream. ****

I have 2 services running, both flawless:
1. Starlink: there's an equipment cost associated of 390€ and then it is 65€/month. Speedwise, can get up to 300Mb download but most time 200/240Mb
2. 5G Mobile - Orange was working excellent, 120Mb download but there was a 200Gb cap. Got internet 4G from Vodafone into my 5G router and delivers around 100Mb.
I pay combined with Unlimited Mobile line plus Landline for only 40€/month. Roaming in the UK included. ****

the levante plays havoc with everything if you're not on fibre optic. Last year I had to have the pole
on my roof repositioned and secured better as it actually came off and could have killed someone ****
yes we have fibre optic. The chaps have just left. According to the technicians It appears a fire at a house they passed on the way
is responsible for the fibre optic being damaged. My Spanish neighbours ( on other WiFi providers are also affected) ****

Big thank you to CoFi for getting things sorted quickly this morning.
After a fire damaged the fibre optic cables yesterday the guys were out at 6am today replacing the cable.
All working again this morning.

Don’t think you can. I think it has to go back to their office for this. ****
It depends on how it was set up in the first place but possibly just using the password
under the router could work, if not then as said it has to go in to the office. ****
