Most of the advisers have a minimum fund level requirement. Quite often it’s 150k plus. I think Blevins Franks needed that as a minimum.
I also found Finance-Spain were the same. You will find more choices on the Costa del sol as they have more expats there.
An internet search should pull them up. I ended up using one there for setting up a QROP. ****
