author: Hi all, been coming to Chiclana since 2011 every year for a week or two cycling every year and absolutely love it. Over the last 12 months I’ve been researching the various areas with a view to buying. One of the areas that I was unaware of is Hosanejos? Does any one have any info on this area , either from living there past or present or if they know someone who has. Any info would be much appreciated, good or bad. Thanks in advance
I'd buy a house in the best location you can find. Most parts of Chiclana are pretty good. When I first bought 17 years ago the estate agent said it divides into between the motorway and the beaches, and the area north of the motorway. More important is avoiding the flood plains, checking supply of well water, can differ in the same street, elex, though solar is now very reliable. As a keen cyclist the top end of Pago near the scenic road to Medina might appeal, and of course Hozanejos is almost part of Pago. ****

author: Discovering (good) thinks in the new apartment. We have volume control dials in many rooms and in-ceiling speakers. But where does the sound come from? I found an interesting socket, looking a bit like Ethernet. Any ideas?
99% of the time if it wasn’t connected up at the time of installation it can be a nightmare to try and sort afterwards as nobody except the builders know where everything leads to. Loads of places had pre installed air con that in fact didn’t have any ducting to take it between the rooms. ****
