Chiclana improves its connections with the beach: the Las Lagunas road will follow in the footsteps of the Molino Viejo road The works in this connection between the center and the beach represent the most important project of the latest package of European funds
Well I hope they at least stick in a few roundabouts instead of the wretched speed humps, might be able to exit my road in summer then. Although sorting all the local roads is long overdue, it won't get done because of urbanisation issues (lack of). ****
They never spend money in the campo. Soooo unfair when we are all paying our IBI which we really get nothing for! It’s about time they accepted that the campo is highly populated. ****
Pity they don't spend the money on all our unmade roads. ****

Cyclists - How to Ride A Bike in Traffic
Please follow the following rules; 1.- It is allowed to ride two abreast, BUT when obstructing the traffic please do it in a single row. 2.- Use the hard shoulder when it is clear and clean. 3.- Use the cycle lanes unless you are training at high speeds and there is no any sign of prohibition. 4.- Ride single file on narrow or busy roads and when riding round bends. 5.- Remember that is forbidden to ride more than two abreast or close behind another vehicle, respect safety distance. 6.- When cycling in a large group, please form small groups leaving gaps to allow other road users to overtake you. 7.- Do not forget to use a helmet. Fasten it properly. 8.- Do not use earpieces while riding. 9.- Avoid using your phone. If you receive a call, please park your bike out of the road and then answer it. 10.- Even cycling you must respect alcohol limits; 0,25mg/l. “You should be considerate of the needs of other road users when riding. Respect must be a two-way street. "
Hope the police come to Pago and stop them riding 4 and 5 abreast and not moving over to let anyone pass it’s gettin out of hand now they don’t think they should let anyone get past them ****
