Might it be simpler if there's a problem with the system to actually go to trafico and ask for an appointment? xxxx

Been trying for weeks. They have been asked in person and the answer was they have a problem with the system! xxxx
that hasn't worked either. Maybe they can't even access it themselves! Who knows. xxxx

Don’t know how old you are author - but , over 60’s don’t need an appointment. Turn up between 9-2 .
We did that a couple of weeks ago and were seen straight away. It even says this on their website.
Obviously no good if you’re under 60 xxxx
