Apart from Steve Harris, why do you always recommend the English cowboys...there are plenty of Spanish workmen who will do a better job, cheaper, legal and more reliable. They know the systems, method of building, accustomed to the climate and have the experience.. You live in a foreign country have faith

author: A big Thank You to Graham Claytor who fixed the electrical problem with our well pump, he arrived quickly and after many electical tests
isolated the broken wires near the pump itself, i learnt a lot from him about the well pump system that day. Cheers Graham

author:The chimney on my Log Burner is in need of repair, specifically - when there is high humidity or raining, water seeps down the chimney in to the villa. I've used thermal cement and for a while it was fine.
Then I noticed that the cement has cracked and so back to square one....suggestions how to rectify the situation OR is there anyone who can repair ?
Last year We had this guy to clean our log burner chimney. He also does repairs and maintenance. He is based in Chiclana.

author: Thanks again, I bought the villa this year and the log burner was already installed. I will have to consult with a contractor to probably put new Flue in place
we had the same problem, we had to replace the flue with a twin walled type of flue which we bought from Casa de Chimeneas in Chiclana. xxxx
Also Casa De Las Chimeneas has guys who fix log burners too, but may be more expensive. Tlf: 692899346 xxxx

not panels also has anyone replaced lead acid batteries with lithium ion ones?
For your information. If you want to change acid to lithium you need to be on 48v.
All lithium power packs basically work on 48v
So if you have a 48v system already swapping will be easy.
All solar panels as far as I know are compatible you don’t need to change those. xxxx

Chano on +34 637 41 20 11 speaks English as well he might be able to refurbish your lead acid , he got
mine done was at 75% after refurb up to 95% mine are 2nd hand traction type batteries running 24v xxxx
