I'm nearby in Las Quintas and mine was off this morning for about an hour but been back on since about 12.30. xxxx

Depends where you are on the Pago - I'm on the Pago and haven't had one power cut xxxx

Yes we've had a few power cuts, not for any length of time but very unusual for Pago. xxxx
might just be that side of the road. I am on the other side and all has been fine. It does normally just affect one side - we'll probably have the same tomorrow xxxx

I agree. That's why I stopped setting the time on the microwave! Many many cuts. But it was worse a few years ago because they were long xxxx

I’ve just posted something too I’m in Cerromolinos…. They are doing repairs at the top of my road.
Been told it should be back on this afternoon…. Looks like it not just your area

Since we had a power outage in the pago Melilla area a couple of weeks back, I've not had any electric consumption showing in the endesa app.
Electric's on but no data on the app. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

entirely possible. With your meter number they should be able to see if it is calling home. I had similar in the uk after installation:
they kept saying it was bad reception. Then I mashed on the keypad till I go it registered. They were horrified that a mere mortal could get into installer mode ****

I think it's definitely a telemetry issue. Probably just need the reset button on the meter pressing to reconnect comms after the power outage.
Just like any IT issue but just need them to confirm and can I get an answer....NO
My data on the Endesa app was down for a few days. I struggled with their website too. ****

We had this after we left our house in Chiclana to go back to Uk in early September. Nothing showed on the Energía X11 app for nearly two weeks .
I was really panicking and then all of a sudden it all appeared and so did the bill so hopefully you’ll find the same ****
