Fibre Optic Co-Fi
author Just seen large billboard in town
Why are they advertising fibre optic and not offering his loyal long term customers the same!? xxxx

They are doing area by area, will probably be a couple more months before they get to me in my area of Marquesado,
although some places in Marquesado have it, depends on your location. As soon as I know its in mine, I will be on the
phone to them. To be honest the co-fi wifi is really very good, we get the odd blip, but in all am very satisfied with co-fi. xxxx

Also recommend Olivenet. I'm between Marquesado and Pago xxxx

We've been with Olivenet for around 5 years now, in 2 different properties, and never had a problem. Super reliable! xxxx

Or best option for fibre a couple of phones and maybe tv in central Chiclana?

Lobster is good for phone, since you can make free calls to the UK. For fiber, you may want to check
which provider is already installed in your location. That will be the easiest option. Other providers
will otherwise want to install their own system which can be problematic or they will rent the line
from the original provider on your behalf which adds more complexity than needed. xxxx

I understand with this weather that problems will occur but a bit of communication from a communications company wouldn't go amiss!!

Have a chat with your provider rather than a Facebook group. You might get your answer/resolution quicker ****

author: 5 minutes after it appeared on Facebook it was perfect

Ours is better since the maintenance ****

author: Why do people moan on Facebook about their Internet Providers? It is so unfair unless they have already contacted them to advise
of a problem and they have not helped. Many internet problems are solved with simple reboot of the router
(turn it off wait ten or so seconds then turn it back on).
My experience of a number of years using Co-Fi has been very positive and any problems they have addressed promptly.


Tell me a company in Chiclana who have a engineer on call after 1800 then ****

despite what some people think about Co-Fi I rate them as the best. Been with them for 11 years and yes, have had the odd glitch
(less than other providers in my opinion) Robert and his team have always resolved issues pretty quickly and communication has always been good ****

Just to update everyone, marquesado area and pinar have been maintained today and all issues that were ongoing should have been sorted out now.
We will do another big upgrade next month for the same areas and also we are getting full redundancy connectivity to Madrid so this should be
the end of all future outages.
