author We are having problems with Co-Fi Internet this Friday afternoon. Any one else having problems?
Any suggestions on how to contact them? Phone going unanswered. Thanks.

Hope we have not spoke too soon, been ok for an hour been off twice in the last 10 mins or so.xxxx

Hi all, sorry for the trouble. We are still waiting for our supplier to fix it. They have found the issue
it is a fiber cut in Huelva. Within 2-3 months we won’t have this issue anymore as we will get another supplier
through a different route. Meaning if one breaks the other should take over automatically without any slow connectivity.

It happens every year. We don't stream our TV and I think it's something to do with the satellite positioning. xxxx

I think so too. It lasts til about 4p.m. and then goes back to normal xxxx

Thb not been right since they did maintenance a few weeks ago.contacted thenn and they said to check speed.
Its was a decent speed bit its still very iffy? Yes connecting and then keeps loosing the signal. Not happy. Pago del humo xxxx

Sometimes it can’t be helped. I think all companies have issues and most of the time it’s out of their hands but I understand your frustration would be helpful if they could give us a timeframe. xxxx

Must be really busy with the issue I’ve found as a company they are usually really good at replying to any messages even out of hours. But I do understand your patience is running out after having poor service all weekend xxxx

Just a shout for Co-Fi, we’re all quick to have moan when the internet drops out , but I phoned them this morning
about a problem I was having, they couldn’t sort it over the phone so two technicians came within half an hour and
fixed it, over the moon John. So we’ll done them xxxx

Yes I find they are really good when you contact them with a problem. xxxx

Had problems with my cable ties coming lose. They came round and sorted it asap xxxx

author: I have to change this post after a big slice of humble pie, I can highly recommend Co-Fi broadband.
In all my life I’ve never know such fantastic service

Your internet should work now. This is because we did a maintenance last days and your router was off (no electricity was on it)
for us to accept it in the new gear that we put in between 0:00-07:00 night time.
