Paper Bill
Has anyone received their paper IBI bills yet please? I know I can pay by DD thanks but I prefer paper bill to pay just in this case. Anyone got theirs yet?

Taken from my bank account today by Direct Debit (1st of 2 payments - 2nd in Nov)

Since Direct Debit set-up (few years ago) NO PAPER BILL HAS BEEN RECEIVED

yep. We pay ours by DD and it went out last week. Opened the mailbox today and there they were. 2 bills for both half year xxxx

do I need an appointment do you know for the ayuntamiento to go in ?

I actually have been lucky in just walking into the town hall and getting an instant appointment to see somebody
about my IBI payments ….so try that . Otherwise they will offer you an appointment time and day xxxx
Use any previous bill to insert the data needed but change the year to 2022 to get this years bill xxxx
I paid mine online after downloading the bill - I like paper copy - but they sent me it by post too! xxxx

Don't ignore. On our previous house the estate agent said don't worry about IBI it'll be years before they sort it. Five years later
Juan Antonio accompanied us to the council office. They'd been sending bills in our name to the builders registered company in Alicante,
and we were days away from getting a huge fine. ****
If IBI and you bought your property before the end of last year this should be coming in your name automatically. Sometimes it does not
communicate from the council so I would ask your agent to ensure this bill is registered to your name and you could also ask that it is
paid by direct debit if you so wish. ****
so right - they don’t always get correctly transferred! As we’ve learned 7 years on! Agent didn’t accurately submit/Ayuntamiento did not
log for one co-owner. We we were ill advised, paying the cost big time! ****

They are ibi but none correspond to my cadestral number. Digging deeper. Step 1 of cl@ve done just need doc check and I can get on
the site to check where my docs are etc.

I’m sure I did it last year via DipuPay but can’t seem to work it out from the app. It keeps seeing last years paid bills! I think its to early for the new bill **** You are on the right track. DipuPay last box and enter your catastral number from your old bill. It will then come first or second semester press 1 and then enter card details. I don’t think I have missed anything out try it. **** Yes and it gone up **** mine the 4th of July **** My IBI was direct debited on July 1st. author: How can I pay our IBI urbana this year? We haven’t received it through post yet.
And we have DipuPay and we did payments on there 2 previous years. I tried looking for Ibi with my NIE,
but it didn’t give me an option to pay anything. Thanks for advice
If you pass by your nearest DIPUTACIÓN CÁDIZ office with your NIE, they’ll print out a “carta de pago” which you can then pay with the DipuPay app.
While you’re there, have them set up direct debits for your IBI, garbage, etc. so you don’t have this problem in the future; it’s called “domiciliación”.
(NB. IBI bills are being sent out now so you might still might receive it in the mail). ****
They are very helpful in the Office in Chiclana. We did ours in September ****
