Thurs 7/4 went to Leroy Merlin, Puerta Real
Chose 160x230cm rug - asked nearby floor assistant if they had 3, after checking computer said - only 1 in stock
I asked if I could order 2 more & was told yes. L Merlin would order me 3 so all identical - take 14 days approx
Offered Home Delivery total order 2.90e - agreed*. Order was processed & card payment + receipt at near terminal
Didn't even have to go to the 'checkouts'
Tues 12/4 phone call - delivery in 15mins
20mins later driver arrived with all 3 rugs
* wasn't even worth returning to the store: collect 3 rugs - take out to car & drive back home to Chiclana
Now that's what I call service!
