General Strike on or off

The other day I read, that on Tues 29/3 (tomorrow) there will be a General Strike

No-one made any further comment




Just seen today (on another expat site) that someone has posted about this, General Strike & asking who it's going to affect?

As of yet no other comment

Previously it was suggested that the transport strike would end on 29 but there would be a general strike on the same day.
But heh we now know the transport strike will continue so it may have been duff news

There was a thought that the Government tax reduction may cause a rethink but NO, there is more to the strike than "just money" like they want to have a retirement age of 60

Just seen on another expat site

wasn't duff news - the meetings took place on Friday last week and over 500 million has been injected into transport but still no end to the problem so the strikes will be ongoing.
