Transit from Gibraltar

Good morning, wonder if anyone can help as the Foreign Office website has created a serious headache for me.

As I see it, I would be able to cross from Gibraltar into Spain if I flew there, my confusion is, am I then allowed to cross and fly back to the uk obviously with a pcr test or do you have to quarantine in gib for 10 days before flying?
