Hola From a ChiFRA member A big thank you to all who replied to my post about local COVID-19 testing. In the end I found this private hospital in Cadiz. www.u24h.es/ The nurse, Fernandez, who I phoned on the mobile number spoke a little English, was very professional and arranged for a home visit to suit and turned up at the appointed time. He wore full PPE, and was sanitising everything as he went along. We had Antigen tests which are approved for entry into UK. The results were pretty much instant, and the required documents were emailed to me within 2hrs, the cost per test is 45€. Excellent service which I would highly recommend. Davexf |

Hi has anyone got an update for COVID 19 tests ?
I have tried the given number but it would appear they are currently closed.

My informants have told me that the usual company has closed down for August but Viamed do the test for 45€. I have also heard that some Farmacias do the testing also but have no further details
UPDATE the PCR test is 120€ but the pathogen test is 45€

Viamed at Novo Sancti Petri do Antigen tests (suitable for travel) 45 euro. open 9 to 7pm and no appointment required. I went in there today to book one for a friend visiting shortly and she said you don't need a cita. It was pretty quiet in there at around 1pm today. I don't know if they also do PCR.
