If you have an appointment that's outside the area of Chiclana.
Contact them (if you can) and ask for an : Appointment Justifier (Proof of Appointment)
This Certifico (Certify)
Should show: their name & profession + where they're located
Should also have their contacts: ie Telephone No & Email address
Plus will show your Name + NIE and the Date & Time of your APPOINTMENT.
Have this on you while travelling direct to & ALSO directly back from your appointment
Re: the latest virus rules & restrictions - if you are stopped at all - show your Certifico
Prefer to Print Off myself & have the paperwork (know some do/have everything on their mobile)
(obviously this could also apply to other areas not just Chiclana)
