Coreos:
Gave up several years ago using main Coreos in Chiclana, was so slow.
Go in, take a ticket with your No on, wait for No to appear on board.
Mornings it could be anything from 20-60mins, Nos were often at 100+
So been using one that is nearby, although it's in another location
(where we are currently not allowed to travel) due to restrictions.
Yesterday with Xmas cards in hand drove to Coreos (Chiclana) where
tram/tramlines run think it's called Alameda De Solano, 2 Loc.9y10
Quite a few outside waiting to go in, no surprise there, as it had
been closed since Frid due to Bank Holiday/puente.
Queue soon moved along, once inside I didn't even see a ticket No
machine. Only 4/5 customers (even a padded bench-seat for disabled)
2 desks open: however each saw to their customer with a smile & most
of all were very efficient. Handed the clerk my cards, she understood
what I asked & put a stamp on each card. I used Contactless machine.
When ready for their next customer they looked at next person & just
called hola!
In/out (separate doors) 8mins, hand sanitizer Had a smile on my face!
Back home, saw I'd been given 2 clearly-printed receipts: I for the
Contactless card + another showing number of stamps bought and total paid.
It worked out to 1.45e each: postage to UK which I thought was very good.
So there are places/businesses here that have good customer service
Are eager to please with a smile & not just going through the motions
until they retire. Some establishments seem to think that it looks good if
they have queues of people waiting to be served - means they're popular.
It doesn't mean that - it means they are not giving a good customer service.
