Government President Pedro Sanchez has announced:
a new decree which provides for the night lockdown of 11pm - 6am across the whole of Spain EXCEPT
for the Canary Islands. A new 15-day mandatory CURFEW will be voted & approved in Congress
Effective from when State of Alarm comes into effect (in the next few days)
