Bore hole water

I have just noticed that this year my bore hole water has become salty, I assume its because the water table is so low, nut its impacting on the garden for sure and the swimming pool is quite acidic aswell! Has anyone else noticed a change in thier water this year? Also has anyone had water purifier installed (as per the instructions of ayumento for houses in the campo that let them out) and roughly what cost is for a system? TIA

Yes Pago is a salt water area, especially in the region of Camino de Rodeo where it is known to flood. I know of one well that at four metres deep is OK during winter, but dries in summer. They cannot dig deep as they know from their borehole they get salt water
