A couple of years ago many/most of us received the above notification which was personally delivered by Correos with the message that it was for information purposes only.
It referred to a charge being imposed for the "Servicio trans, transp y tratamiento res." (basically a charge for the collection and disposal of rubbish left by the bins)and was for 2016.
I understand that the charge was never ratified and it was therefore not paid.
I have just received a copy of the self same document, again referring to 2016, demanding payment to be made at a selection of listed banks or online.
Does anyone know if this charge has now been ratified ? If it has I wonder why it only refers to 2016 !

Hola,
It's a con to get you to pay as Chiclana Natural is responsible for the bill! If the sub-contractor can get the money from other sources, then he will as in he will empty your pocket quite happily as he has had to wait for his money
Chiclana Natural have admitted liability for the bill

Hola
In discussion last night, the consensus of opinion was that the rule was changed a little while ago to a maximum of 10 people whether inside or outdoors

Dave. The subject of this "Basura" bill, (a repeat of the one for 2016)has now been raised in "Chiclana Chat" with currently 30 commnents. Is there an official line on this as there is a great deal of confusion and some people are actually paying online. I think guidance from CHIFRA would be both helpful and appreciated
