Can anyone advise please? We have a Spanish car in Spain. We live in England. The vehicle is obviously not in use and parked safely at our premises. By Spainish law, even if we are not over there due to Covid19 and do not know when we will be able to return for the moment. Do we have to insure and M.O.T.the vehicle? Many thanks!! Den!

All MOT stations are closed at the moment we await to hear what happens when they reopen as the back log is going to be massive. I would check with your insurance company about renewing your car insurance

Hola
There is no "off-road" in Spain so, therefore your vehicle must be insured until you sell or scrap it. As said, The ITV has been extended until the end of the state of alarm whereupon the "rules" will be issued.
