Hello All
My bank in Spain has just increased their charges to what I believe is far too much. I would be able to avoid this increase if I were to get my UK pension paid in directly. This would then cause further problems. I therefore have decided to close my Spanish account and to pay directly from the UK. I have already sorted out my alarm company, my electric bills and Chiclana Natural (basura?).. I have also tried to make contact with the Pago Local Community Charge and the IBI office to no avail. Please can anyone supply me with contact details of these two organisations?

Hola

There is no Pago del Humo Community Charge; there are local community organisations which consist of local roads. My now defunct association was eleven roads and bordered on the Carrascal, another local association.

There is an organisation, Extrarradio Diseminado which consists of some 40+ presidents of local organisations which gives a clue to how many local organisations there are in Chiclana
