Milan (of Mar y Monte) opened a new restaurant in El Colorado, after parting company with his business partner at Mar y Monte. Confusingly, it's named restaurante Monte .
I went there with friends 6 weeks or so ago. Me and my hub weren't eating as we were on a bike ride at the time but our mates food looked fantastic and we would like to go back there and try it.
However, I've heard that the new restaurant has been closed due to staffing issues.
Does anyone know if it's back open again?
