Has anyone else had a backdated IBI bill? The Ayuntamiento are recalculating bills for 2015 / 2016 and sending out bills

Yes Dave we have just received a recalculated bill for that period. Are they allowed to do this and should i pay it?

Got ours stuck to the gate this summer. Went to the town hall and were told that we had to pay. Strange situation when it’s the council’s fault for miscalculating the bills☹️

Yes I took legal advice and it does have to be paid; they didn't charge the right amount and are correcting it now.

Jut been to pay this bill 8.30am at bank, they have changed the day you can pay it fromm tuesday and thursday to monday and wednesday so woulnt take it.
Absolutely ridiculous, no wonder the country is in such a bloody mess.

They are to busy sending out corrected bills for 2015 and 2016 😡
