Hi could somebody please tell me the best thing to check the pressure in the red ball Have tried a foot pump but cannot get a reading.

Hola
An ordinary tyre pressure gauge works and should show around 2 bar - if nothing showing it is likely needing pumped up - they are not expensive to buy as I recollect
