Partners death and taxes

Does anyone have any information regarding notification of death and what taxes / death duties may be payable in Spain.

Is there a a limit of time ?

In the event of joint house ownership what taxes are payable?

Would you really take advice on this from an on-line forum!! Surely the best and correct advice must come from a solicitor or tax specialist. e.g. Temple Cambria.
