Help - Redexis

Hola all,

I wonder if somebody could advise. We arrived at our place in Chiclana this week-end to find our gas cut off by Redexis, with a note from them in our mailbox saying there was a leak (not sure if somebody smelled gas and reported it).

Been trying to contact them this morning to re-establish gas supply but no luck getting thru. Has anybody had this problem before, and do you have any advice for us? I wonder if it's easier to just drive to their office in Cadiz...

It's a bank holiday in Chiclana which is probably why you are not getting an answer. Cadiz should be open tho

Thank you K9 - we only found out about the bank holiday after I started the thread!
Does anybody have experience of dealing with them, and or even better knows somebody there with decent English?
