Hello, what would be considered a fair/good rent for a long term rental. Chalet near Venta Lopez, 20 minutes walk from beach, three beds, two baths, log burner, insect blinds, 8 x 4 pool, walled garden, lawned, automatic irregation system, outdoor lights, storage shed, fully furnished, move in condition.
