Does anybody know if the office has moved from Calle de la Plaza as today at 1200 it was closed and all signs on the wall outside are missing.

The Car tax office is now - if you walk from the underground car park alongside the river, the second road on the left and ten metres up this road on the left. Take a ticket on the way in - an "information" ticket will do you and when your number comes up on the board go to the desk indicated and state that you want the car tax forms (make sure you have your NIE (original or certified copy). This can be paid online or at the banks stated.

Do you know: if this is the same place/office where they were issuing the IBI Forms last year - thanks for any info?

That’s the office I went to yesterday, as we also had to collect our Ibi and car tax from there last year, but it now seems to be closed. I am going to try again tomorrow, so will try to get some sort of clarification

It's the second door, I was there end of last week, as you enter there is a ticket machine

Oops! just realized that is the same office that you went to & it was closed Monday.

I went today, it is in same place it was just not open at 1200 on Monday for some reason. It has to be paid by the 20th June, we normally receive our bill by post, but this year it is yet to arrive.

You have to remember they would have closed early Monday as Tues was a bank holiday
