Hi Folks
From today's Diario de Cádiz
One year after the first and only tests were carried out for the urban section of the city, which began on April 20, 2017, they are still waiting to be the object of new tests.
Nothing is known about the adjudication of the work of the halt, four months after going out to tender
It should be remembered that the deadlines given by those responsible for the initiative have already been innumerable and that in most cases, for some or other reasons, they have not been met, something that generates skepticism above all when talking about the start-up of the tram.
However, it should be remembered that the latest deadlines offered by different heads of the Junta de Andalucía in this regard place the beginning of the next tests around the month of May (no year given LOL) that should serve to lay the foundations of what will be the circulation of the tram between Chiclana and San Fernando section
On the other hand, it should also be remembered that another of the projects linked to the tramway initiative, that of the bus stop projected on Paciano del Barco Street, has still not been awarded for the start of the works four months later, a project that came out to bidding in December 2017
Remember - May is the start of the next set of tests - not when it will be running so that people can use it !!!

Hola
If the tram isn't running next year, then they in theory have to give the grant (many millions) back to the EU Davexf
