Anyone know where i can buy a riser to bring my septic tank lid nearer the surface.....arms not long enough!!

Hola
Are you talking about the normal "hole in the ground" type of septic tank or about one of the modern plastic septic tanks? If the former then it is usual the build a brick "chimney" to the surface topping it with an air-tight lid.

Modern plastic type Dave, lid needs to be nearer the surface to get the lid on, you can buy risers ( cost over £100 ) but think i can make my own on reflection.
