We have been members for ten years and today (29th) have received a letter dated 14th March in Spanish, and sadly our Spanish is not good. It included a leaflet for Club viamed.
As we are struggling to understand the content, is there any member out there that has this letter and can explain to us what it is about. Many thanks.

Why don't you just give them a ring. They have receptionists that speak English well as you probably know if you've been going there for 10 years.

Rolly, they have an international office there with interpreters. Rocio is the main one, Stephie is the head, there's also Isobel who is steadily improving her English. Gloria is still there, on reception and will help. Of course, being Easter, I don't know whether any of them are on duty. Monday is an ordinary day, so you can find out then. Hope this helps.

Take a photo of it and post on here. You can block your details out if you wish.

Thank you for responses, especially about the interpreters available. A friend has called and speaks some Spanish and says it is telling us about the change of ownership etc and saying there are new membership cards printed for collection. So will call in this week and report outcome!

My wife finally got to Hospital Viamed yesterday and the process was straightforward. When you enter main reception there is an enclosed office to the left and that is where you collect new membership cards. She too our old 'Centro Medico' cards and passports and there was no problem. Thank you to those of you who responded.

Is nobody old enough to qualify for inclusion into the Spanish national health system?
