Can anyone clarify please what are the quarterly collection periods for points at LM and around when the cheques are issued?
We are supposed to receive ours in the post but we NEVER actually receive them, even though our post here is quite good. I've checked they have our correct address. As we don't get the cheques we are never quite sure what dates the points must be used by and consequently frequently forget to redeem them.
I've just realised by looking at a March receipt that now had a starting balance of 0 points that the collection period must have just ended.
Am I correct in thinking that this period just ended was collection of points during Dec, Jan and Feb and that we should have received our points check mid March some time?
As usual we haven't received anything in the post ... and Leroy is likely closed for the next few days now for Easter... have we now lost our points (about 800 or so) or will we be able to go into LM at the beginning of april and ask for our cheque (which is what we always have to do...) or will that be too late... GRrRRRRR....
Also can we redeem points at any point during the period? Ie if we make a big purchase in say, January which gives us a lot of points do you have to wait til end of Feb before redeeming or can you get your voucher the next time you go into Leroy? (I have tried asking... my spanish is OK but never quite got an answer I can make sense of on this... spanish needs to improve somewhat...)
