Deutsche Bank and Non Residents

Hoping for some help here. As a non resident has anyone been asked to complete an Employment Status Declaration and/or a FATCA & CRS Self Certification form?

I would very much like to learn when you were asked to complete these forms please?

I already know of friends who were asked to do this back in February before the bank closed its Novo branch and decamped to Cadiz.

Any information would be very much appreciated.
