Bank recommendations in Chiclana please

So far I have recommendations for Sabadell and La Caixa.

Looking for a free account if possible (I have direct debits and a regular monthly credit to the account) as required by some banks.

At least one staff member always on hand who speaks English (for emergency and panic situations)

Free ATM withdrawals in as many places as possible.

The ability/common sense to communicate with their customers when something needs attending to, rather than simply putting an embargo on their account and keeping schtum till the sh1t hits the fan.

We use Sabadell Atlantico and find them excellent. There is a guy there, Christian, who speaks fluent English and they have a web site in English as well as a help line. Their internet banking (available in English) is also excellent. Free cash withdrawals at any bank with the ServiRed sign. Our account is called an Expansion Account (not sure why) but we too have direct debits and credits going in. We also use them for our house insurance. Highly recommended.
