If you are looking to rent your property in the chiclana area we have 10 qualified tenants waiting to move in to the right properties.

We only take on contracted workers with signed work contracts, unless they can are retired and can supply proof of income to cover rental costs.

Full contracts arranged through a solicitor here to cover the landlord and the tenant.

Specific requirements, beach side of the n340, 3-4 bedrooms, pool a bonus but not a must, looking between 750/950€ per month for a winter let.
