I have searched without finding! Can anyone tell me when you are allowed to burn garden rubbish - days and times? I know there are set times this is permitted

Weather permitting, I have always burned after the end of October. I smelt woodsmoke today so someone in the area was having a bonfire. In our area (Caulina) we're allowed to burn on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See if your Spanish neighbours can help with some information, or a local venta.

As stated above Tuesday and Thursday are the normal permitted days unless you are registered with the townhall and/or you have special permission to burn outside of those days during the winter months, a bit like the permission to trim pine trees etc during certain months of the year only.
One point I will add is, anyone that wants to have a bonfire and not registered to do so, or close to other Neighbours, main roads etc must seek permission from the ayuntamiento.
Obviously this is overlooked somewhat but that's what I know from a previous case on puerto real.
Good luck.
