Just wondering if anyone knows where we can buy hay or whatever local forage is available for horse feed??

I think you will find little hay available, the Spanish feed their horses on straw from what I have seen. Often filthy dusty stuff with loads of other dubious material mixed in - yet the horses seem to thrive on it......suggest you try Avila in Chiclana for hard food and ask where hay or straw can be purchased.
