Mobile Phone, Laptop, IPad not working

MOBILE PHONE - DEAD

Unplugged mobile phone this morning (from charging) no lights no function no switch on - nada!

Did usual checks + took back off blew any dust out etc even tried another charger in phone nope
no response at all. Thought battery's dead


CHICLANA
Went to Rescatamovil in Los Gallos very helpful guy, spoke a tiny bit of English (we are in Spain)
with limited Spanish - he understood what problem was.

Already taken battery out so asked if he would test it to see if ok, he tested it & said it's ok.
He said it was the connection (phone) enquired if it could be repaired? answer ''si in 1hr''

RETURNED 1HR LATER - MOBILE ALL OK & WORKING cost 30e
Also bought a new charging unit 13.90e




Noticed 2 new mobile phones on display with the accessories
1. smaller flip-open mobile - on enquiring ''Whatsapp'' - ''No''
2. usual-sized smartphone - on enquiring '' Whatsapp'' - ''Si''
(noticed wording on box was in English)

Guy took phone out of box it looked good- usual size & cost 119e
If/when need a new mobile would definately go to him/his shop
Don't think there's much they don't know or couldn't fix (repair)

Not easy to install a new battery I did my partner's iPad 4 ordered a new battery from amazon and followed a youtube video if in doubt get an expert to do it xxxx

You can try the Tech Shop in Los Gallos on the strip of shops near the Ferrateria. The guy put a new battery in my Laptop, reasonably priced. xxxx
