Have had trouble for past week with erratic internet, with extremely slow and very high download speeds, especially in the evening.
Robert came today and discovered that another external source was using my aerial for connection. He has resolved the issue very quickly.
I just need to find the idiot who thinks it is okay to use my internet for his own purpose free of charge.
