Hola
If you have read the Baywatch magazine, there is an article by Sky-internet which the last paragraph invites you to upgrade your antenna to improve your reception and to double the speed.
Yesterday Sky-internet duly arrived and fitted a new antenna; I now have 16Mbps download speed so last night about 9-30, as a test, I watched a 4K quality film; it downloaded extremely well without much buffering - every ten to fifteen minutes. 4K quality should have 18/20 Mbps download speed.
Not everyone's IPTV streaming box will be able to download at that speed but I changed mine recently and my box can and does.
Early days but for a one off cost, I am a happy customer.
Just posting as the Wi-Fi companies come in for a lot of stick

Interesting as we are about to change our current set up which gives a good 20+ Mbps during the day but drops to 4 or 5 in the evenings

Hi Dave Just read you had your antenta updated as I did last week. Just wondered does your box slow down in the evenings as mine seems to do but cant be sure its sky or maybee its my smart DNS. Also mine is a new box and cant get freeview to work and tc catchup and tv player sometimes dont conect or disconect of thier own accord, so what repos did you add and what app do you use to watch tv? Hi Folks,
It was easier for me to pop round to Steve and try my box; my box worked perfectly on Steve's Wi-Fi albeit during the day, not during the evening when he has more problems.
I deliberately tried my box on the 4K standard during the evening as that is when you are most likely to find contention on the network.
I use a KODI fork calle SPMC but use TV Catchup natively as I do for UK TV Now Firestick version. My box is an "Entertainment Box T8 V" using the new Amlogic S912 64bit Octa–core ARM processor, with 16Gb memory

Hi Dave quick update after your help I took KODI completely off the box and just ran TVcatchup App (totally legite app) with no problems all night! Will reload KODI today with a different wizard and see if their apps run better.
