We have been using FilmOn for a few years and paying their monthly fee to allow recording and the system does not seem to be working. My wife has been attempting email contact for clarification (as she has in the past) but is now getting messages from Microsoft that the FilmOn email 'system' is refusing contact with ours. Anyone know what is happening? Many thanks.

Hola You are not the only one - follow this link www.andalucia.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=38142 If you have an Android box then TV Catchup from the Play store gives you live TV as does "UK TV Now" - not from play store but direct from internet (Goggle is your friend) - both are free Davexf

I suppose if you use IPTV and your ISP is rubbish it don't matter whether you use FilmOn, TV Mucho or any other TV supplier.

Thanks Dave for the link showing a lot of other people are experiencing the same problem, with difficulty in making contact with FilmOn. First step is to cancel monthly payment then decide upon future tv viewing.

I have a android box but it won’t load kodi or any catch-up apps and what is a ISP ? Your ISP is your Internet Service Provider. Mine is Movistar (was Telefonica)and I rarely get problems. Of course, not everyone in these parts can get a landline. It depends where you live.

Are you sure it's Android and not an Apple TV box? Let us know the make / model and we may be able to help. Davexf

So from what you said a landline is preferable?? Hola Most landlines are stable but it is possible to have a duff landline. Sometimes being too far from the nearest box gives an iffy service also. It doesn't matter which ISP you use, only Telefonica will repair it. Davexf

I think they are overly maligned, at least in my experience.

jj we've had a landline and Internet/wifi with Telefonica/Movistar for 15 years and been using FilmOn since the demise of satellite TV. NEver had a serious problem with either Movistar or FilmOn . . . Easy to use, gives us what we want. We use an old iPhone and Apple TV to watch TV. TvMucho requires the latest iOS, so we are unable to use it.

Yes, I too paid for their recording service and for a week now nothing has been recording. I tried 5 different support email addresses (which I had used previously) and each one comes back undelivered.
