I don't seem to have had a bill (which has always been sent in a pdf in an email, since the July/August period. The money has continued to be taken by DD from Bank for the last 2 payment periods but no bills have arrived. Did I miss some announcement?

Every time I get a bill I pay it on-line as they have an excellent system; therefore they always send me the bills
