We have a couple of apologies to make.
Our team has been working alongside with ProBoards to try to rectify the problem of all previous threads having been deleted. It is with great regret, that this appears not to be possible.
We will not be blaming ProBoards, as this is something that is 100% our doing (obviously NOT intentionally!), again sincere apologies – we will be insuring that this does not happen again.
The second apology is for time to reply and try to get this resolved. Our internet over the past two days has been very up and down, and ProBoards operates from the USA, offer no real time support, which means we can only contact them via email at certain times of the day. Due to our internet being so unpredictable, this has slowed down our attempts to sort this out, and until there was something to report on did not feel the need to update you on nothing.
Dave you are 100% right as far as back-ups – we preform regular back-ups in-house, unfortunately, ProBoards do not! This is something we are also looking into, as this should never happen again.
So again, please accept our sincerest apologies. We appreciate that allot of members use this forum as a point of information of all sorts, and were probably left confused as to what has happened.
